Ramadan Photo Sessions 2023
I’ve had clients asking me since last year whether I will be offering Ramadan photography sessions this year and I agreed knowing how challenging it will be to source lovely props so that I can produce beautiful portrait images for clients that they can proudly share with their family and friends.
My much anticipated Ramadan Photo Sessions are the perfect way to start Ramadan early and to get some beautiful photos for Ramadan cards and greetings!
I am so excited about this years Ramadan mini sessions! I have an amazing setup that I am sure you will love!
Please read all the information below and hopefully this covers all/ any questions you may have.
Who are they for
Babies & Children ages 6 months (who can sit independently) – 16 years. If you do wish to bring a newborn (under 6 months), they will need to be held for the duration of the session and will unfortunately not have any individual portraits.
Optional parent/family photos are included with the premium package only.
Please consider the temperament of your child before booking as I cannot guarantee photos for children that don’t cooperate (which is rare but possible) and in this circumstance, I’d recommend booking a full session instead which gives your child a lot more time to settle.
When
They will be taking place on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd April 2023.
Where
They will be taking place at my cosy home studio environment in Northwood (HA6) where I’ll have the set ready for you.
What to Wear
I recommend wearing coordinated clothing and dressing smart/casual – unfortunately there won’t be time for outfit changes.
When will the online gallery be available?
You’ll receive access to your own online gallery to select your favourite images within 5 working days after your session. (8th April 2022). You will have up to 3 days (if you want them before Eid) to choose your photos and the sooner you choose, the sooner I’ll be able to edit them for you.
Depending on which package you opt for, you can select 2 or 5 digital high resolution images that I will edit for you. These will be ready for you within 5-7 working days after you have chosen them. I’ll be editing in order of confirmation so the faster you are able to choose, the sooner you’ll get your edited photos.
Can I order more?
Of course, if you want to add photos to your package when you receive your gallery just let me know but there is absolutely no obligation to.
What are the session times?
The Ramadan Mini Photoshoot Sessions will take place on Saturday 1st April 2023 and Sunday 2nd April 2023. I have a very limited number of slots that I can offer these sessions, so please take a look below and book the one that suits you best.
Each session slot will be 20 minutes (so please arrive on time) and will take place in Northwood (HA6). Sessions will run back to back and if you arrive late for your booked slot, this will then go into your own session time and not the booking after you. If you arrive after your 20 minute slot, you will have missed your session and no refund will be given.
Please arrive at your allocated slot time and upon arrival, please wait outside in your car until 5 minutes before your session is due to start.
What next?
Once you’ve confirmed your slot, you should receive a confirmation email (please check spam folder if it doesn’t arrive) with some extra details on how to plan for beautiful photos and the exact location.
