Hello and welcome! I’m Shaista.

Thank you for taking the time to look at my work.

I’m a North London based Photographer covering London, Hertfordshire and beyond.

I specialise in newborn, baby, family and wedding photography. I photograph with the sole purpose of documenting your memories and milestones in the most beautiful way possible through genuine and emotive story-telling.

The life moments that I choose to photograph are completely life-changing. Whether it’s taking the step of getting married, having your first baby, or building your family I love having the opportunity to be a part of the happiness and jubilation! I am truly blessed to be able to help people hold on to those memories forever through the art of baby photography or wedding photography.

My whole adult life has been focused around my passion for photography. I graduated from university with a degree in Visual Communication & Photography and I have continued to receive tuition from some of the world’s most respected photographers in both baby and wedding photography. I am also a member of the BANPAS  (The Baby And Newborn Photographers Association). The BANPAS strive to encourage high standards of customer service, quality images and safe practice across the profession of newborn photography.

My photography sessions are very personalised. I am all about capturing your baby simply, timelessly and beautifully. I am all about capturing their little features – fingers and toes. Features that will change so quickly.

I only schedule a maximum of 3 sessions a week to allow lots of flexibility for my clients. It’s my priority to get to know you as a family, and to capture your family in a genuine way. To me, photography is such an important part of life. It allows us to freeze a moment in time forever. I hope you’ll let me do this for you, your family, and your children.
